1 Operations
• Develop & enforce boutique operational procedures: procedures conception, implementation and follow up.
• Develop & enforce boutique operational tools (selling tools, store planning, etc…)
• Identify the operational improvement area, plan and implement the solutions.
• Support boutique managers in adjusting to their environment and the evolution of their clientele making sure the operations are as smooth as possible
2. Reporting – KPIs follow-up
• Develop & manage daily, weekly, monthly information & KPI systems to support retail performance
• Ensure the regular reports are generated in timely manner with correct data
3. CRM
• Develop client loyalty and increase client recruitment by defining and implementing Loyalty program, CRM tools/campaigns/E-CRM
• Develop VIP clients: define with boutique managers a client strategy for every VIP/High potential client , leveraging on local, regional and international events as well as specific 1 to 1 program
• Developing new ides to recruit qualitative clients, collaborating with 3rd parties such as Department store PSR team/concierge/Chinese travel agents/etc.
• Ensure high level and consistency of Client service/treatment(indicator: Barometer score) throughout the network
• Provide regular analysis on the database (client portfolio, average basket for existing client new clients, per nationalities, repurchase rate….)
• Monitor the Call center activity to keep high level of client service
• Responsible for client database integrity. Implement all Security and confidentiality guideline related to clients’ information.
4. Customer Service
• Monitor the after-sales activity, lead the coordination with Technical center, Regional CS team to make sure the high quality of after sales service
• Support CS representative for handling of the CS issues(complaint) in a timely manner
5. Communications with Internal/External Partners
경력 및 자격요건
- Retail Operation 경력 7년 이상
- 영어 Fluent
- 외국계 Retail 출신 우대
