-Supervise all operational accounting activities.

-Proactively assist in the development of annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and three year plans working with senior line management.

-Direct all aspects of financial planning and reporting

-Supervise the activities and ensure professional development of assigned department staff.

-Global firm experience required; global consulting firm experience preferred

-Reference (not superficial but real recommendations)

-4-year college degree, preferably in accounting. CPA/MBA preferred.

-Minimum of 8-10 years in Finance/Accounting of which 3-4 year includes divisional controllership responsibilities.

-Strong analytical, project management, solid business skills, communication and interpersonal skills required.

-Good English
