-Hold an Engineering qualification in Mechanics, Electronics, Optics, or equivalent

-Minimum 10 years sales experience in capital equipment industry is preferred with at least 5 years at the management level.

-Have through knowledge of professional sales techniques and Strategic business planning skill is required.

-Experienced in running a Few Million dollar deal

-Excellent coaching and mentoring skill.

-Have a strong experience in direct Sales to key accounts in semiconductor or Electronics industries (prefer LCD)

-Supporting and leading sales team including Application team

-Be creative and hardworking to address challenging industry demands

-Show an open and honest attitude to all people in the team, as well as customer and partners

-Be dynamic, energetic, self motivated, driven, enthusiastic, analytical, and tactful with excellent interpersonal skills.

-High level of verbal and written communication skills in both English and local language.

-Strong presentation and negotiation skill

-Strong account management skill
