- Prepare SEC filingdocument in form 10-Q and10-K (quarterly and annual report)

- Prepare consolidated financials

- Provide financial analysis reports to the management

- Deal with USGAAP issues

- KICPA or AICPA with 5 - 7 years of audit experience at big 4 accounting firm preferred

- Knowledgeable in USGAAP

- Experience inSEC filing preferred

- Good command of English especially in writing

- Strong analytical skill

- Familiar with consolidation process
