Main Job : Coordinate logistics and delivery issue between the customer and the logistics and finance group in HQ

Job Description
- Communicate with customer for orders from different markets
- Confirm and clarify display phone orders with customer and follow up with ex-factory schedule
- Check and follow up with production department for ex-factory schedule
- Check with customer for shipping instruction for logistics team’s shipment arrangement
- Update and maintain display phone orders record and report
- Coordinate with different department for orders and delivery arrangement
- Keep customer informed of order and delivery status
- Make special arrangement with production department for customer’s urgent request
- Send display phone newsletter to the customer
- Coordinate payment issues between customer and finance department in HQ
- Report regularly to the manager
