Job responsibility
1. New Channel development for direct marketing
2. Current channel expansion and reinforcement
3. Help PCM new product development and market research
4. Other duties as assigned

Requirement
* Over 3-5 years experience in marketing, especially in DM business.
* Good organizational/time management skills.
* Ability to improve sales through motivation and training.
* High proficiency in English
* Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
* Ability to effectively interact with staff and all levels of the organization.
* Ability to make fair and consistent judgments and decisions
* Ability to anticipate and resolve problem
