1. Assortment planning & merchandising
2. Making a volume range through the product & category segmentation
3. Allocating to each stores at the JIT which has been already selected product from product team
4. Making a transfer of product items through the analysis about sell-thru between each store in order to increase the sell-thru and sales performance
5. Having a communicate with business analyst, store manager and retail sales
operation
6. Visiting stores once a time per week

1. Having 3~5 years experience about operation mechandiser at the sports brand and licensee brand
2. Fluently speaking in English
3. Having a product knowledge
4. Strong computer skill in Word, Excel, PowerPiont, etc.
