• Provide regular insights and analysis for Korea management (monthly business update, quarterly forecasts, annual planning, decision support as required)
• Partner with the commercial team in developing robust order & sales pipeline, monthly forecasts and a balanced risks and opportunities;
• Deliver financial (KPIs including Order, Sales, Gross Margin, Cash Flow, EBIT and Compliance performance) insight to improve business performance and efficiency
• Work closely with commercial and legal team to review commercial contracts and minimize contract T&Cs exposure to the company
• Establish standard policy and process in Korea entities including credit risk management, commercial risk mitigation, pricing strategy, deal cash flow analysis, order booking criteria, and other finance accounting policies and reporting standards consistent with Company policies
• Maintain appropriate Financial Control environment including month end review in accordance with Company guidelines
Lead initiatives in driving product margin improvement, reduce DSO and bad debts
• Prepare Finance presentations for performance and business reviews
• Lead financial analysis in business restructuring and streamlining as needed.
• Special projects management based on business requirement.
• Cultivate strong working relationships within Korea Finance and all relevant regional teams within the Group
• Lead with a strong compliance and integrity mindset
경력 및 자격요건
• 10+ years of experience with multi-national company in the capacity of commercial and risk management supporting a sales and/or marketing organization and/or manufacture environment
• Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions as well as bid proposals
• CA or CPA or CMA preferred, MBA is a plus
• Professional experience - familiarity with IFRS and local accounting/tax obligations
• Sound business acumen and quantitative & analytical skills with a good detail orientation
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Execution focused, ability to set and meet aggressive goals and objectives
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated success in a project leadership role, with the strong ability to influence key stakeholders
• Change agent and embrace process changes
• Experience with ERP systems, HFM and Microsoft Dynamics AX will be a plus
• Fluent in English
• Be able to travel extensively
