1.Common role as Company IT Mgr
•IT Strategy planning & oversee, define and drive NSC roadmap, in conjunction with Global IT teams,to deliver stable, predictable and cost effective IT services
•Local IT Budgetary planning & control / Asset mgmt
•Align IT to business goals, understand customer prioritized requirements , focusing on current / futurebusiness needs
•Partnership with the Company IT teams on the implementation of programmes & projects
•Awareness and adherence to Company IT central governance
•Project Management, c o ordination of the estimation, planning, tracking and execution of local IT solutions, cost & quality
•Understand local business requirements and translate them to IT solution
•Involvement in commer cial engagements including co ordination of infrastructure related purchasing and licensing
•Provide stable IT infrastructure service. Identify and execute opportunities optimize service and cost
•Awareness and guidance of country specific legal and man datory requirements impacting technology deployment or operations
•Performing role of interface between local senior management and IT management at Overseas Region
•Local co ordination of Incident & Problem Management
•Vendor Management, including chairing service reviews with 3rd party vendors
•Research into local IT products, services, trends and developments to ensure appropriate and effective IT deployment

•Local IT System Management CRM & LMS / DMS Integrated system mgmt service
•Online channel system interface mgmt and support
•Retailer support Various kinds of dealer support
•Legal compliance Personal data protection law : Adherence and internal monitoring of customer data mgmt.
Government (local authority) audit follow up to protect company against legal risks.

•A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience
•Fluent in English and Korean

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to develop customer relationships and work directly with executive management
•Skilled in the process of vendor assessment through formal tender processes
•Experie nced in global/local vendor management
•Ability to manage escalations and troubleshoot
•Degree educated (BSc/BA in relevant field)
Desirable:
