• HR master data maintenance
• Payroll validation and incentive management
• HR reporting and dashboard
• Support HRBP for administration of HR Cyclical activities (Bonus, Annual Salary Review, Labor cost FCST, etc)
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree level education or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of HR Generalist (Payroll validation experience must)
• Influencing skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Good command of verbal/written English
• Some knowledge of SAP
