• Identify key talents to development plan and retention
• Join global L&D team’s project to develop regional program
• Field coaching
[Performance Management]
• Implement and monitor performance review for teams
• Operate full process of performance review align with salary review for proposal and
communication

• LMC, Government institution related
• Case handling discipline, grievances
• Employee counselling
• Continue to develop positive and energetic company cultures for retention

• Work closely with key stake holders to plan for manpower
• Work with Finance team to prepare budget and revisions and monitor staff cost regularly
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum of 7 years’ work experience
• Experience in fashion/luxury/retail industry/multinational company preferred
• Strong and clear communication skills verbally and in writing both Korean and English
• Connecting and interpersonal skills, build strong relationships and communicate effectively with related stakeholders
• Positive, energy and can-do approach
• Passion to the Michael Kors brand
• Highly proficient in MS Office programs
