-Responsible for providing technical expertise in communications under the Systems Engineering Manager.

- Review and analyze specifications, designs, installation plans and test procedures for train control and communications systems

- Provide expertise in communications engineering

- Provide advice to partners on communication design and installation issues and contractor submittals
- Review design and construction contractor submittals
- Assist in management and technical review of local designers performing detailed design for train control and communications systems
- Assist with contract amendment negotiations
- Perform special studies as requested
- Assist in communications facilities testing and commissioning, including interfaces with other disciplines

- Provide expertise in communications engineering for voice and data
- Provide advice on design and installation issues and contractor submittals
- Review design and construction contractor submittals
- Review design standards and criteria
- Assist in management and technical review of the communications systems
- Assist with contract amendment negotiations
- Administer special studies as requested
- Provide technology transfer and training to Korean counterparts in communications engineering

License required : Telecommunication Engineer License (1st Class)
- 정보통신기사자격증 (1급 - 고급)
