•Develop compliance policies and practices in a retail environment.
•Compile risk-based regulatory requirements checklist that compliance operations teams can use in a high-volume, high-speed environment.
•Conduct audits of products in the marketplace to assure continued compliance.
•Monitor and identify changes in regulatory requirements and take actions to ensure compliance.
•Develop and conduct compliance training for both internal and external stakeholders

•Specific knowledge and expertise in compliance and safety requirements for various product types, preferably for Food, EE, and miscellaneous goods
•5 years of experience with consumer product compliance management
•Experience working in eCommerce or general retail environment
•Bachelor's degree with a Science or Engineering focus
