- Set merchandising strategies and OTB plans
- Responsible for merchandise mix and assortment planning in accordance with respective merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory, delivery and reordering situations to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained across all categories.
- Responsible for co-ordination with store(s) for stock replenishment issues
- Monitor sales of RTS & SO and sell-through situations and initiate appropriate strategies and tactics to liquidate stocks and boost sales, and take care of all mark-down/mark-up and merchandise related issues for seasonal sale periods
- Provide seasonal product training, SO training and fashion trend information to store team
- Communicate effectively with HQ team to provide products feedback and suggestions (RTS & SO) based on in-depth understanding of market
- Partner closely with Communications / CRM department on promotional programs
- Work closely with Retail team to build and develop merchandising mix
- Support stock (sample, SO) arrangement for events

- Degree holder
- Minimum 7 years of relevant merchandising experience, preferably in high-end fashion
- Excellent understanding of the entire buying and merchandising process
- High level of financial and business acumen
- Analytical, attention to details with high level of accuracy, a strong team player
- Take initiative and ownership, structured and organized, energetic and self-motivated
- Able to react quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, to meet business needs
- Able to adapt to fast paced and changing environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
