- Develop and implement on & off trade marketing strategy for craft and specialties
- Lead new craft product development for category growth in market
- Identify and develop business relationships with potential clients by initiating and
presenting proposals
- Act as main liaison between NB and OB sales and oversee execution of sales
initiatives for C&S brands
- Track and monitor sales activity budget and optimize usage
- Drive packaging and pricing decisions based on the needs of customers and other
stakeholders

▪ Experience
- 7~10 years of experience in Sales or Trade Marketing in FMCG industry, preferably
food & beverages

▪ Technical competencies (Job related)
- Beer knowledge, passionate and self-motivated, open-minded
- Knowledge and experience in Trade (Retail channels)
- Strong P&L analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS applications, Excel, PowerPoints
-Willingness to learn and develop with the role
