- Assist in the management and delivery of customer projects, coordinating with customers, vendors and service providers in order to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Work with the Business Development and Application Development Teams to define and develop new products or services, to examine new market and competitive analysis, and to propose action.
- Coordinate with the Customer support team to integrate the 3rd party products or service delivery to the project plan and to define the support procedures.
- Plan, design and develop software product/ programs
- Plan, organize and conduct phases of software projects based on an assessment of software functions, performance requirements, design specifications, major routines and utility programs.
- Resolve complex software compatibility and interface problems and analysis of system architecture.
- Consult with clients concerning maintenance of complex software product/ systems.

- At least 3~5 years experiences
- Excellent experience in Java, J2EE and Web server programming environment
- Software developing and debugging on Unix and Windows operating systems
- Understanding of Web service and development
- Experience in RDBMS
- Experience of working with Smart Card preferred
- Project management experience is plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and self starter
- Good written and communication skills in Korean/English
