- Lead DPO(Distribution Process Optimization) implementation in 23 Distribution
Centers
- Act as DPO facilitator – on-site audits, trainings, and co-work with 3PL
- T2 KPI budgeting, monthly closing, and management
(warehousing/transportation efficiency related)
- T2 VLC(Variable Logistics Cost) budgeting, monthly closing, and initiatives
implementation
- MICS(internal control) owner – T2 inventory management

** Tier 1 (Brewery -> Distribution Center), Tier 2(Distribution Center -> Wholesalers)

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Data-driven thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work on multi-tasks under tight schedule
- Willing to travel (23 DCs nation-wide)
- English speaking and written communications
- Experience within FMCG or retail experience preferred
- Experience in logistics(warehousing/transportation) preferred
- Experience in implementing Global Excellence Programs preferred
