•Leverage partnerships to build and maintain a solid network of relationships, staying top of mind with real-estate developers, building lessors, and department store / mall / outlet landlords
•Partner with cross-functional teams to successfully open new/renovate/relocate/close stores and pop-ups
•Local lead to ensure smooth operational execution of projects with regional construction team and global store design team including maintenance of global LMS (location management system)
•Create and manage all external official communication with contracts and official letters

•At least 10 years of proven prior experiences in business development and/or leasing
•Strong communication and prioritization skills
•Highly organized in project management, analytical, and decisive
•Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels
•Comfortable with change
