The Management Associate (MA) program is a two-year program designed to prepare individuals for a responsible position. During this program, the MA is immersed into the culture of the company, acquire focused business knowledge through on the job training and attend a variety of training programs ranging from its industry, general management and professional skills to programs directly related to their future role.

During the course of this two-year program, the candidate will have the opportunity to develop his or her business skills, as well as gain a broad understanding of the Company operating group. Management Associates are expected to make significant contributions during their on-the-job training and participate in high-level projects, in preparation for future managerial responsibilities.

Qualified candidates for this program will:

• Be highly motivated and talented individuals
• Possess a master's or other advanced degree in business or other related field
• Have 2 to 6 years of business experience in marketing
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
• Have strong analytical, interpersonal and project management skills
• Be highly computer literate and proficient in the use of relevant systems
• Preferably, speak a second language or have international experience
• Be highly interested in product development or marketing

All candidates will go through the company's assessment process, which include interviews, language tests, logical reasoning, and working style analysis.
