2. Forecast value of new business
3. Annual Strategic Planning for distribution
4. Meeting materials for various meetings such as MBR, Exco and Team Leader Meeting

- Minimum 8 years practical insurance experience
- Actuarial or Finance background is preferred
- Understanding of insurance business and actual management including all the key financials
- Proficient communication skill for both Korean and English
