⚫ Responsible for aligning on goal with key stakeholders in the team such as Merchandising, Marketing, and Operation leaders
⚫ Lead ongoing selling & business analysis including but not limited to understanding of e-Commerce business drivers, making recommendations to e-Commerce plan to drive selling and meet the financial goal
⚫ Full understanding of sales situation through sales and customer behaviour analysis
⚫ Analyse revenue by department, line and key product to identify opportunities including traffic, AOV, CVR, transaction and etc.
⚫ Demand forecast including stock level, in transit and ST%, and analyse website behaviour by funnel conversion, PDV, SoPDV, cart to detail and buy to detail including Marketing channel performance traffic source
⚫ Evaluate selling vs plan and deliver insights to relevant partners such as Merchandising, Marketing, Operation leaders and regional/central stakeholders
⚫ Identify and prioritize the biggest opportunities and threats based on impact on selling and customer experience to propose the right level of action to the team
⚫ Follow up Korea e-commerce market trend and apply learnings to actions
⚫ Proactively analyse the business problem and develop insight into underlying causes, opportunities by partnering with the e-commerce director and team to create actions
⚫ Develop business cases based on internal and external data to support strategic decision making on new initiatives
⚫ Provide analytical support to the full team to develop its capabilities
⚫ Create templates and tools to optimize daily operations in the team and aid in merchandising and marketing review and strategy

⚫ Bachelor’s degree or above in a mathematical, statistical, scientific or engineering discipline
⚫ Minimum 3-year experience in digital industry is required
⚫ Strong analytical skills and insight on business numbers
⚫ Ability to influence, engage with, and respond to stakeholders with credibility and impact
⚫ Collaboration skills and ability to work collaboratively with others, understanding, respecting and leveraging different perspectives, skills and objectives to make the whole greater than the sum of its parts
⚫ Data management and visualization system experience
⚫ Power Bl, GA, data studio will be used frequently
⚫ Proficient in Microsoft excel, Google Analytics tool
⚫ Fluent in English
