- Drive Travel Retail merchandising initiatives to maximize sales opportunities with cross functional teams
- Manage sales and be responsible for sell-through by implementing strategies and tactics to enhance business
- Review sales and stock forecasts for carryover assortment in collaboration with Inventory & Strategic Planning on monthly basis
- Closely monitor and review price structure to leverage the Travel Retail channel specific purchase patterns
- Be main point of communication bridging between Regional/Worldwide Merchandising and related departments for product-related actions/topics
- Fully understand target clientele and local/international luxury fashion trends through regular market research and competitor analysis

- 10 years or above of experience in Travel Retail fashion merchandising
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Excellent MS-office, especially excel skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Team management experience and people skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
