1. Recruit, develop, train, coach and motivate new agency
2. Business Consulting – how to run an agency, how to develop into multi-line agency, how to become corporatized with strategic plan and overview.
3. Coach performance – set stretch goals and help agencies achieve them

Requirement

1. Experienced at least 5 year in marketing and sales
2. Good communication and relationship skill
3. Initiative and follow-through with ownership and responsibility
4. Proficiency in English – Written and verbal (중급이상)
