. Mechanical, Automotive, Electronic, Electricity engineering background
. Age 35 and under
. Knowledge in engine/vehicle development program
(OEM R&D (Powertrain, Transmission, Test, Design), Automotive parts and Heavy Industry)
. Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing)
. Good inter-personal skill
. Knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing
. Computer Skill
