담당업무
1) Retail Performance Development
- Build the BTQ performance goals and continuously review and drive performance across sales, retail KPIs, non-selling activities
- Work in partnership with Retail Operation, other relevant team/department to drive productivity & optimization
- Design tailored /by boutique strategies to reach our priorities, optimize performance and elevate client experience
- Collaborate with the Retail Operation Team in animating BOH efficiency and boutique operation (RDV & Waiting time management, traffic, BTQ scheduling etc.)
2) Retail Performance Monitoring & Following up
- Ensure monthly reporting provided by HQ and Regional Retail teams is fully leveraged on and implemented at boutique and office levels (FTE analysis, BM and KPI dashboard, Sales Associates ID, LIVE reports on SAC)
- Ensure KPIs are correctly tracked in the boutiques (i.e. traffic, presentations, aligned with Maison policy)
- Train boutiques teams on Retail Performance KPI’s understanding and reports usage to build relevant action
- Provide local and regional Retail management with monthly qualitative feedback on business trends
- Ah hoc performance analysis and local reports based on local market specificities when necessary (i.e. seasonality sales, mall promotions, transferred sales, competitor sales…) to be shared with management and boutique managers, highlight on improvement areas, investigate for action plans
- Feedback on reports coming from Regional and HQ Retail teams as well as local Finance based on local needs and boutiques feedback
- Maintain accurate and updated network information including staff list, roster consolidation, boutique list, boutique operating info and hour, opening days etc.
3) Sales Result Analysis, LE & BU template update
- Regular follow up and meetings with boutique management for monthly sales trend, collect qualitative feedback and share with Retail management for sales projection
4) Commissions for boutique staff
경력 및 자격요건
- University graduate
- Experience: at least 8-10 years of experience in luxury retail or equivalent
- Good English communication skill
- Proficiency with MS office software incl. Excel and PowerPoint and other retail program incl. SAP
