-. Expertise in C, C++, .NET and x86 based MMX and SSE environment.
-. Expertise in DirectX technologies (capture devices, TV Tuner cards, filter graphs etc) are must.
-. Recent knowledge of state-of-the-art video codec standards such as MPEG-4 video, H.264/MPEG-4 AVC, scalable video coding (SVC) is plus.

-. Multi-OS experience is plus.
