[Import Export custom clearance]
Organizing all import/export shipments in line with company requirements
Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, Commercial invoices and packing lists, FTA registration
Timely preparation of import documentation and custom clearance for all air and sea shipments globally
Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments
Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions
Assist manager with re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and performance evaluation and taking corrective action as required
[Warehouse logistic management]
Control warehouse and manage stock/non-sellable items movement (TR)
Stocktaking of warehouse/Retail stores
Stock discrepancy management and follow up
Lead stock destruction and write off through SAP
Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all time
Working closely with business functions, i.e. Sales Ops and Merchandising
Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions

경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 2-5 years of related work.
• SAP experience preferred
• Retail Industry
