Ensure appropriateness of import and export transactions in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, correct tariff classification
Meet the target lead-time from shipment arrival to stores and 3PL
Guide stores about stock transfer and manage the stock location
Manage that all required import/export declaration permission or other documentation is secured as required
Ensure the correct payment of duty, bonded warehouse expense, transportation cost, and other applicable charges in a timely manner
Proactive communication with 3rd party service providers including customs brokers, bonded warehouse, transportation vendors to develop the service level
Provide a clear visibility of in & outbound shipment status to stakeholders in a timely manner
Ensure the compliance for imported items and manage the test if needed and share the risk to stakeholders
Data analysis & reporting (Shipment trend, duty rate monitoring, compliance violation etc.)
Continuous improvement of internal processes
Be flexible to support any urgent request or event
Manage the requirements by KC mark or other regulation
Work closely with 3PL Warehouse about in & outbound shipment
Support warehouse bin management
경력 및 자격요건
Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent
Minimum 8 years' experience within FMCG or Retail with large number of SKUs with textile and

leather goods is preferred
Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Dynamic, proactive and able to work in fast-paced and multicultural environment
Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
Strong numerical sense, excellent MS Excel skills and knowledge in Macro
SID/Cegid/Power BI experience is preferred
Hands-on experience in urgent shipment management with various items require safety approval
Able to work on multi-tasks
Fluency in English
