* Review contracts considering the company's interest and the business departments/ request
* Draft or update contract templets for the business departments
* Quarterly review the signatory ledger and LMS

[Legal advisory and compliance]
* Provide legal advice regarding subcontract, anti-trust, personal Information protection etc.
* Stay informed of the new regulation/guidelines
* Provide training materials quarterly regarding for the business departmenmts compliance.


[Support internal meeting and company registration]
* Filing of the BOD and shareholders' meeting minutes
* Filing of the company registration documents
* Safe keeping of the company seal

* 계약서 검토 및 자문에 필요한 관련 법 (민법/상법/공정거래법/하도급법/저작권법 및 기타
지식재산권 관련 법/부정경쟁방지법/개인정보보호법 등) 대한 기본지식 보유
* 영문계약서 작성 및 검토 가능자 (우대)
* 영미법 등의 이해 (contract, international transaction, 상법, 민법, 지식재산권법 등) (우대)
* 패션 관련 비즈니스에 대한 이해, 회사 process 및 내부규정 이해 (회사 규정 및 업무등 실무 지식)
* 효과적인 Communication skill 및 논리적인 Writing skill, 문서 작성능력
* 탁월한 people management 및 coordiation skill
* 영어: 상
* 3년 이상 5년 이하 법무 팀 경력자 (변호사의 경우 신입도 가능)
