1. Engineering internal and customer contact in case of actuator, sensors, motors and software
control relevant topics.
2. Support of AQP AET and serial launch projects in case of E/E architecture, requirements and
performance.
3. Review and evaluate customer system E/E requirements and define TI project
specifications.
4. Engineering responsible for the definition of E/E architecture and components.
5. Improvement (performance and cost) of customer E/E architecture.
6. Review and evaluation of Thermal System E/E test setup and results.
7. Extend E/E and mechatronic knowledge of the MAS team by developing system trainings
and documentation.
8. Generate and maintain engineering standards and guidelines.
9. Collaboration with other departments, customers and development partners.
10. Carry over of new tasks and responsibilities given the job description.

- At least 5 years experience in the field of Thermal systems in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated skills in automotive E/E system understanding
- Demonstrated skills in mechanics of valves, pumps and compressors
- Ability to coordinate global improvement efforts and drive best practices across
multiple locations
- Demonstrated skills in project management, team building and problem solving
