[Business Analysis]
- Analyze weekly/monthly sales and provide reports.
- Closely monitor new collection performance and ensure assortment strategy and target stock are aligned with sales.
- Forecast sales plan of new collections or strategic categories.
- Responsible for analyzing competitors and benchmark their activities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis in need of market initiatives/projects

[Assortment & Inventory Planning]
- Manage merchandising assortments by collection and by category.
- Monitor inventory vs assortment target stock.
- Maintain healthy inventory level.
- Coordinate Safety Certification and Customs Inspection
- Manage special product orders and delivery for limited editions, collaboration and gifts

[Cross-functional Collaboration]
- Liaise with Global teams to align with global strategies and to obtain the best support.
- Collaborate with Omnichannel team to develop effective product offers for digital content and marketing activities.
- Partner with Operations to ensure timely shipment delivery.
- Partner with Finance on fine-tuning sales figures and share ad-hoc sales reporting if needed.

- A passion for the jewelry industry with strong product knowledge and understanding of supply chain.
- Minimum +3 years' experience in merchandising or inventory planning, preferably in luxury retail.
- Hands on approach and a strong ability to work with matrix teams in a collaborative manner. Able to
interact with flexibility and diplomacy with key stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Highly proficient with MS Excel and Power Point.
- Strong interpersonal skill.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
