Key responsibility 1 – Visual Merchandising
• Plan and execute for annual Window theme, Light box visual and Product launching animation based on HQ guideline
• Prepare and cascade the merchandising guideline to each store according to local plan
• Cooperate with other department to implement successful product launching
• Provide detail guideline and educate the store staffs to keep the good visibility
• Regularly check and update VM in all stores to ensure overall consistency with VM guideline
• Manage order and distribute on POS Material
• Develop the Local PLV material if it is needed.
• Report VM updates and actively communicate with HQ

Key responsibility 2 – Activation on execution of Event and key project
• Work closely with related team in order to support the event
• Take the lead in display

Key responsibility 3 – Coordinate of Maintenance and Store project
• Support Store project (Opening&Closing,Renovation,Relocation and Retrofit) in order to complete the projects on time
• Coordinate of construction supplier for efficient maintenance
• Organize the requests from boutiques and manage vendor to settle the issue

Key responsibility 4 – Budget and Cost control
• Annual budget planning and monitoring the status monthly
• Manage forecasting POSM and stock movement
• Expenditure reporting to Finance team

• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Over min. 5 years of experiences in similar field
• Enough Knowledge & Know-how on computer skill
• English
