-Primary project manager for one online game franchise.
-Recruit, Build and Manage the career of a medium sized team (6-8 people)
-Manage co-development partners for the one online game franchise within multiple countries
-Partner with the operator in each territory to launch and deploy the game and the features successfully
-Plan & Manage the development for one MSG titles in Asia to increase the quality of the launch services, following the Game Development Framework.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with development team and World Wide Studios at the Producer / Development Director levels.
-Manage, Support and Encourage the Mid Session Games, Post Launch Development team
-Work closely with the Studio resources and Digital Services Platform providers to ensure that all MSG requirements are understood and appropriately scheduled.
-Communicate regularly and effectively the progress & status of the MSG in Asia to all interested Stakeholders.
-Be prepared to present to others on the learnings of building, deploying, running and commercialising an MSG in Asia.

-5 years, proven project and people management skills of teams of 8+ people
-Excellent organisational and analytical skills
-Excellent Team building skills
-Understanding of online gaming in Asia and of the game industry process including QA and Localization
-In depth experience of senior operations and development roles within the games, software and/or online services industry.
-Extensive experience managing cradle-to-grave software projects with proven leadership and hands-on management skills.
