1) Responsible for product penetration/adoption and process optimization at customer facilities and at factory. This includes training customer and other apps engineers, handling/driving local apps escalation process, investigating customer technical needs/problems and providing solutions, conducting final acceptance, demonstrating products, and understanding competitive situations, methodology, and performance group analysis. Report technology development and new applications to Marketing. Support pre-sale and post-sale activities.

2) Responsible for characterization for Ebeam Review & Dark Field systems and features. This includes designing and conducting experiments, collecting data, publishing results and recommendations in the form of applications notes, best known methods or characterization studies.

- Must have BS or MS or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Material Science or related fields and strong technical background.
- 8 years of work experience in semiconductor processing or equipment industry.
- Fab experience in Yield/Defect group, in wafer/reticle inspection/review technology.
- Must have excellent communication, rganizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skill.
- Must also be self-driven, and a strong team player.
- Require travel to Division/US and other customer sites within/outside region.
