담당업무
영업 대상 - 대기업군 건설사, 국토부, 지리원, 경찰서 Direct 영업
 Accountable for achieving sales targets and objectives as agreed
 Demonstration of equipment, using a collaborative approach to help customers solve problems,
and save time and/or money.
 Propose and conduct customer seminars.
 Use consultative sales skills to understand customer challenges, to communicate the value
proposition to various levels with the customer organization and to close sales.
 Source new sales opportunities through marketing inbound lead follow-up, networking activity,
social media engagement, outbound cold calls, emails and other channels.
 Develop relationships and nurture suitable customers, prospects, influencers, industry bodies
and specifiers to provide a regular stream of qualified and developed opportunities.
 Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators to include the level of activity, pipeline, new
revenue business opportunities and lead generation activity
 Build, manage and report on a pipeline of opportunities to cover monthly/quarterly target,
ensuring accurate reporting in CRM database
 Understand customer needs and requirements and build strong relationships with customers
and prospects.
 Work closely with the sales team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities.
 Maintain and expand your database of contacts within all relevant markets.
경력 및 자격요건
건축, 토목전공자, 혹은 공대출신으로 측량 장비 B2B 판매담당,
영업 경험+ Technical 기반 강점, 적극적인 성향 선호
영어 - 중급 수준
세일즈포스, 견적서작성등 오피스 tool 해본경험있는자. 링크드인및 유투브 활용 가능한자.

 Candidate must be self-starter and highly motivated. Must have strong verbal and
written communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a selling
team.
 Proven sales and business development experience.
 Ideally experience in the technical markets such as Surveying, Architectural, Civil
Engineering and Construction work environment.
 Ability to establish excellent working rapport with field sales teams, marketing, other
team members and customers.
 Experience working with Salesforce.com desirable.
 Experience in working with tenders
 Experience working with influencing bodies within construction industry.
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong listening and presentation
skills.
 Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
