1. Cost accounting
-Generate monthly closing of cost accounts by standard cost method
-Variance Analysis (Labor & Burden/Product Price/Material Usage, etc.)
2. Forecasting & Planning
-Monthly forecasting and yearly planning related cost accounting & inventory
-Factory productivity tracking
-Finalize/transmit factory HFM data to WHQ
3. Inventory Management, MFG Budget control
4. Others : Analyze BOM cost, etc.

1. Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting
2. 3-5 year experience in cost accounting, preferably multinational manufacturing setting
3. Good experience in manufacturing cost analysis, product cost analysis, planning & forecasting, reporting and budget control
-Experience with manufacturing bill of material(BOM) analysis
-Good knowledge of standard cost accounting systems for manufacturing
-Strong computer skill, including experience with corporate ERP systems and MS Excel
-Preferably, experience with HFM
-Preferably, some knowledge of database
