- Understand business processes and manage business requirements
- Implement and maintain IT services for local business mainly based on SAP ERP
- Contribute to IT projects as a project member

- Experience for SAP R3 (especially FI and CO module) and project experience
- Experience for ABAP programming language
- Interest in new IT trends

- IT experience in non-SAP fields (Web, Java, BI, RPA, etc.)
- Project management knowledge
- Experience in IT Audit
- Japanese
