담당업무
i) Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with converters and compounders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

ii) Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including technical, production, R&D, procurement, and senior management stakeholders.
Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage customer relationships, track opportunities, and analyze sales performance.

iii) Industry Expertise:
Leverage deep knowledge of the chemical industry, particularly in plastics, adhesives, PUR, or rubber sectors, to provide value-added solutions to customers.
Understand technical product requirements and work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.

iv) Business Development:
Act as a "hunter," identifying and converting leads into profitable business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

v) Team Collaboration and Communication:
Work effectively with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and R&D, to align on customer needs and deliver seamless solutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the chemical industry, with at least 10 years in sales or business development roles.
- Proven track record of working in the chemical industry and dealing with converters and compounders.
