• Monitor and report on e-commerce KPIs regularly to drive consistent sales growth and conversion optimization.
• Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
• Conduct competitive analyses, monitor market trends, and identify industry best practices.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive excellence in execution through continuous optimization and innovation.
• Lead e-commerce expansion projects, aligning closely with global and regional teams.
• Oversee global and local e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up and execution.

• A minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Experience in D2C and performance marketing is highly preferred.
