• Technology Evaluation and Refinement: Continuously evaluate and refine the proposed technologies to ensure they meet brand’s standards and are ready for final proposal.
• Project Integration: Manage project activities necessary for developing and launching global brand products.
• Documentation and Reporting: Systematically document all technology discoveries,evaluations, and consumer test results, sharing insights with the team to enhance knowledge and collaboration.

2.Competitive Market Analysis and Strategic Insights
• Competitor Technology Information: Collaborate with KIC’s market analysts to research competitor technologies and incorporate R&D perspective into comprehensive monthly research reports.
• Market Response Monitoring: Analyze not only the innovative technologies of OEM/ODMs but also the market reactions to prototypes and consumer feedback, making adjustments to align with consumer preferences and enhance prototype attractiveness.

3. Run consumer tests and trials to ensure prototypes are focus on what the consumer want with the cosmetic and beauty product purchases & make our prototypes more attractive to be picked by Brand Holders .

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Natural Sciences or a related field with experience in cosmetic formulation is required.
• Possess a refined background with over 5 years of hands-on experience in the realm of OEM/ODM.
• 5-year + track record or adept understanding in product development
• Extensive experience and expertise in base makeup formulations, such as cushion and liquid foundation, with a focus on emulsification technologies
• Experience in technology discovery, evaluation, and project management
• Adept networker with a dynamic and proactive approach
• Demonstrated capacity to comprehend, analyze, and instigate actions rooted in profound technical acumen
• Strong understanding of international regulations and safety standards for cosmetic products
• Exhibit robust oral and written English proficiency
