- manage both the Electrical Engineering Team and the Mechanical Design Team

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in R&D, product development, or innovation management within the industrial machinery, automation, or printing equipment industry.
- Proven leadership experience, managing both Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Design teams.
- Expertise in electrical and mechanical system integration, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations (CE, UL) and safety architectures for industrial
automation.
- Experience in motion control systems, including LS Drives, BOSCH, or similar platforms.
- Experience in outsourcing and supplier management, including defining technical
specifications and project follow-ups.
