1. PLANNING & BUYING – WOMENSWEAR
- Working closely with Asia & HQ Merchandising and local finance for sales & OTB projection, stock forecast to deliver planned sales and profitability
- Strategic planning by gender and category for Womenswear to maximize sales opportunities
- Analysis and review on store profile, capacity, performance to offer best assortment

2. ALLOCATION & STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Strategic stock allocation plan / Efficient stock management
- Communication with stores / In-season markdown and promo activities review

3. OTHERS
- Weekly trade sales review with retail team / Working with VM, Training, and PR team
- Seasonal product market research to deliver local demands and opportunities to HQ
- From time to time get involved in ad-hoc projects across Merchandising and business

- More than 4 years of experience in fashion industry, including Women's wear experience
- Good understanding of business planning and analysis
- A team player who is collaborative in their approach
- Fluent english must required
