• Lead and integrate the Visual Merchandising (VM) and Store Architecture functions to ensure consistency and synergy across all retail spaces.
• Oversee the end-to-end store design process, including planning, concept development, construction, and post-evaluation.
• Develop and execute compelling VM strategies that align with brand guidelines and local market needs.
• Ensure optimal store layouts that balance aesthetic appeal with operational efficiency and traffic flow.
• Guide the team in creating high-impact product presentations that maximize visibility and commercial performance.
• Manage vendor relationships for design, construction, and display materials, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with retail, merchandising, and marketing teams to support store openings and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze store performance and shopper behavior to continuously improve physical retail experiences.
• Coach and mentor two team members in each function (VM and Architecture), fostering their professional growth and collaborative execution.

Profile :
At least 15 years of relevant experience

Education :
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.

Qualification & Skills :
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in premium retail environments.
• Strong design sensibility with proven ability to create refined, brand-aligned retail spaces.
• Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and in-store behavior optimization.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong project management and multitasking skills, with attention to both detail and big-picture vision.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; experience in coaching and team development.
• Fluent in Korean and proficient in English (spoken and written).
