• Manage and oversee all daily operations of the accounting department including:
- Month-end & year-end closing process & various reporting including group reporting
- General ledger management
- Cash/payment management & cash forecasting
- Various accounts reconciliation including Sales, AR, AP and others
- Fixed asset management
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports/statements
• Coordinate and complete interim & annual audits
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Manage various tax filings
• Manage and coach team members
• Report important topics and escalate issues to the Head of Finance in time
• Support the internal control management & internal audit follow-up
• Correspond to ad-hoc reporting requests from managements of both local and global management teams

• 9+ years of accounting experience with managerial role experience
• Experience in retail industry preferred
• Business or Accounting related Bachelors’ degree preferred
• Ability to handle large amounts of data
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office especially Excel, accounting software and databases
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Clear and smooth communication skills
