1.Digital Strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in formulating and implementing digitalization strategies; Ensure compliance with IT security, risk management, and other necessary regulations.

2. Project Management/ Delivery
- Plan and manage digitalization projects, coordinating resources and timelines; Support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives in alignment with company's goals.

3. Processes and Governance
- Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement; Collaborate with internal teams to implement digitalization projects and establish governance structures; and Provide feedback and support to team members in overcoming challenges.

4. Data Management and Analysis
- Assist in understanding and overseeing data management within the organization; and Support the collection, processing, and analysis of data to enhance decisionmaking and maintain a competitive advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree is required (major in Business or Analytics, Data Science or Information Process is preferred)
• Min. 3 years’ experience in digital strategy or business development is required
• Min. 3 years’ experience in digital project management is preferred
• Proficient in English and Korean
• Experience in executing or supporting digital projects in a matrix organization involving various stakeholders within a multi-national/cultural environment is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills with analytical mindset, attention to detail are required
• Excellent ability to work collaboratively and managing multiple tasks effectively is required
• High level of experience/ knowledge of digital ecosystem and automotive industry is preferred
