- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in strategy, venture capital, corporate development, investment banking, or consulting with deep exposure to medtech or healthcare technology.
- Demonstrated track record of successful venture fundraising or advising startups through financing rounds.
- Experience in strategic modeling, commercial due diligence, and investor communication.
- Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills; fluency in English and Korean is required.
- Proven stakeholder management and collaboration ability across diverse functions and cultures.
