1.Account receivable Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
-Prepare and issue tax invoices through the customer portals or EDI
-Collaborate with sales team for the sales inquiries
-Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
-Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
-Reconcile bank, card receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting
-Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
-Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming payments
-Support inventory related issues to verify cost of sales impact
-Responsible for accurate revenue and COGS recognition
-Reconcile the sales between ERP and retail POS data and PG vendors
-Monitor sales commission of retail sales

2.Audit Prepare audit requirements related with AR.
-Ensure local book to be aligned with KGAAP.
-Support Group audit, external and internal audit

3.Financial Reporting Reconciling Intercompany AR balances
-Prepare monthly BS reconciliation report
-Monthly AR Aging report
-Budgets Regular update forecast amount for providing latest outlook to management.
-Prepare monthly report for actual sales result vs. budget sales

4.Tax Quarterly VAT filing
-Monthly VAT reconciliation with National Tax Service portal
-Support Corporate/Local Income tax filing data

5.Others
-Raising tickets to Global IT team to get system/human errors fixed when necessary.
-Proactively engaging with Global IT team for any reconciliation or troubleshooting.
-Maintaining Vendor master
-Internal Controls and Risk Support the annual Group self-compliance questionnaire for specified regions

-Highly motivated individual with the ability to balance hands-on tasks with strategic thinking, particularly in a retail setting.
-Excellent presentation skills and
-Proficient in Microsoft
-Minimum. 5 years working experience within Finance and Accounting career in a global company is required
-Minimum 2 years of AR and credit management is preferred
-Advanced level of English is required
