-Manage full month-end close and financial reporting for Australia and New Zealand
-Bank reconciliation, and payment process
-Accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger
-Prepare financial statements and cash flow forecasts
-Collaborate with US HQ for funding requests and financial reporting
-Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
-Coordinate with external tax agents and auditors for tax filings and audits
-Inventory reconciliation and management
-Ensure compliance with AASB, IFRS, and internal control standards
-Maintain and improve accounting policies, documentation, and processes
-Troubleshoot financial issues and drive effective resolution
-Identify areas for process improvement and prepare ad-hoc financial reports

-3+ years’ experience in accounting or finance
(preferably in MNCs or public accounting firms)
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards (AASB / IFRS)
-Familiarity with US GAAP is a plus
-Hands-on experience with SAP ByDesign and advanced Excel skills
(e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Index+Match)
-CPA qualified or actively pursuing certification
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills across regions and time zones
-Experience working with multi-currency operations
