TRADE REVIEW
- Regular trade reviews by analysing the sales figures, customer reactions and market trend also by communicating actively with the stores & to highlight store and product performance to discuss key action plans required with retail team
- Ad-hoc reportings to support the local business team to understand the products performance
- Conduct seasonal product market research to deliver the local demands and opportunities to HQ
- Working with VM and Training team to highlight key invested options to the stores
- Working with PR to discuss marketing schedule and to showcase key seasonal theme

ALLOCATION & STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Strategic stock allocation plan by stores considering store capacity, brand presence and commerciality
- Efficient stock management by reviewing sales performance and consolidating stocks to increase sell thru
- Communication with stores to push sales and to review any additional opportunity for sales
- In-season markdown and promo activities review to propose markdown list

-More than 3-7 years of experience in fashion industry
-Good understanding of business planning and analysis
-Excellent time management and organisational skills whilst able to prioritise workload accordingly
-Able to communicate at all levels within the brand in a professional way.
-A team player who is collaborative in their approach
-Fluent english must required
