2. Retail Planning and Activation
1) Collaborate with FP&A for sales, cost, inventory planning.
2) Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
3) Plan and execute in-store activations.
4) Communicate and follow up with store and landlord representatives.

3. Business Analytics
1) Develop dashboards and reports to drive retail process innovation.
2) Work with regional teams to ensure data validity and efficiency.
3) Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.

1) Bachelor’s degree
2) +5 years of proven prior experience in strategy or retail planning.
3) Strong growth mindset and adaptability.

6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7) Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
8) Experience in project management, process innovation, and user interface development.
